All orders are confirmed with a 50% advance payment via approved international payment channels, including Bank Transfer (TT), Payoneer, Wise, or other agreed methods.

The remaining balance payment is due against agreed shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, or Airway Bill).

All transactions are processed through verified business accounts to guarantee security, transparency, and traceability.

Pricing validity:
Prices listed in the Proforma Invoice are valid for 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any changes or updates will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

2. Return & Replacement Policy ↩️

We take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is carefully inspected and packed according to export standards before shipment.

  • Buyers may request samples prior to confirming bulk orders to ensure product satisfaction.

  • If products are delivered and do not meet the agreed specifications, Afghan Export Link will provide a replacement or credit in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Returns due to buyer preferences, customs clearance issues, or changes in local regulations are not covered under this policy.

3. Shipping Policy 📦

Afghan Export Link offers secure, traceable, and professional shipping methods for all international orders.

  • Standard FOB lead time: Up to 15 days depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Shipping methods: Container, air freight, courier, or other agreed arrangements. Tracking details are provided immediately after dispatch.

  • Packaging: Products are shipped in export-grade cartons, vacuum-sealed, and batch-coded for full traceability and quality assurance.

  • Buyer responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for import clearance, customs duties, and local taxes at the destination.

We coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time, safe, and compliant delivery.

4. International Trade Terms (Incoterms) 🌍

All shipments follow FOB (Free on Board) terms by default unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Risk transfer: Responsibility for goods transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded on the shipping vessel at the designated port.

  • Afghan Export Link guarantees that all products are packed, documented, and ready for export according to Incoterm standards.

  • Alternative Incoterms (CIF, EXW) are available on request and will be clearly stated in the Proforma Invoice and contract.

5. Seller & Buyer Responsibilities

Seller Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products are quality-checked and correctly packaged.

  • Provide accurate and complete export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO).

  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Complete import customs clearance and pay all duties and taxes at the destination.

  • Ensure compliance with local import regulations.

  • Release balance payment according to agreed terms to avoid shipment delays.

Clear responsibilities help maintain smooth logistics and a professional trading relationship.

6. Liability & Force Majeure ⚖️

Afghan Export Link is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by:

  • Shipping carriers, logistics partners, or transit incidents

  • Customs inspections or import delays

  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the value of the shipped goods. Buyers are encouraged to plan for potential external factors when importing goods.
