Step 1 — Inquiry & Quotation

Send your RFQ via WhatsApp, email, or the inquiry form.
We respond within 12 hours with:

  • Product specification details (grade, size, moisture, packaging)

  • Available product information or documentation

  • Firm FOB quotation (valid for 15 days, no hidden charges)

Result: Clear product details and pricing before any financial commitment.

Step 2 — Sample & Confirmation

Product samples are provided on request and shipped via the buyer’s courier account.

During this stage, we may provide:

  • Sample pouch with batch identification

  • Basic quality indicators (size, appearance, moisture — as available)

  • Supporting product information or test data (if applicable)

Final quantity, specifications, packaging, and private labeling are confirmed, and the Proforma Invoice is issued.

Result: You evaluate product quality before any bulk commitment.

Step 3 — Contract & Payment

A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued under Afghan Export Link, detailing product specifications, Incoterms, payment terms, and delivery timeline.

Payment terms:

  • 50% advance payment via approved international channels

  • 50% balance payment upon handover of goods to the shipping company, against agreed shipping documents

All transactions are conducted through verified business accounts, ensuring full transparency and security.

Result: Secure, transparent, and fully documented transactions for both buyer and seller.

Step 4 — Pack & Ship

  • Export-grade cartons (10 kg) with your logo or barcode, if requested

  • Batch-coded, metal-detected, vacuum-sealed for full traceability

  • Container or air freight booked, tracking number provided the same day

Result: Professional export packaging with real-time shipment tracking.

Custom carton sizes available on request.

Step 5 — Delivery & Support

  • Arrival notice 48 hours before port, with shipping documents couriered (BL, COO, Invoice)

  • Product inspection on arrival — if specifications do not match, we replace or credit

  • Final payment completion, followed by testimonial request and support for repeat orders
